AIR-FRIED BROCCOLI TIKKA – Creamy, Crunchy & Completely Guilt-Free! 💚🍢
This flavor-packed tikka is made with a rich cashew-walnut base and has NO deep-frying! 🔥 A perfect balance of crispy outside & tender inside, making it the ultimate healthy snack! 💚
Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
✅ For the Marinade:
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• ½ cup hung curd/Greek yogurt
• 10 cashews + 5 walnuts (soaked & blended into a smooth paste)
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• ½ tsp red chili flakes
• ½ tsp oregano
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cashew-Walnut Paste
1. Soak cashews & walnuts in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
2. Blend into a smooth, creamy paste and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Marinade
1. In a bowl, whisk hung curd until smooth.
2. Add cumin powder, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, salt, and garam masala.
3. Mix in the cashew-walnut paste, lemon juice, and olive oil.
4. Stir well until everything is combined into a thick, creamy marinade.
Step 3: Marinate & Air-Fry
1. Coat the broccoli florets evenly with the marinade.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to absorb flavors.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
4. Arrange marinated broccoli in a single layer and Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10-15 minutes
Serve hot with green chutney or dip.
