I feel like the cruelest thing about Soojin's hardships was that they were mostly centered around Suho. He was the center of her life, both positively and negatively, and at some point I even wondered if it was truly Soojin's life or his.
Her parents constantly compare her to him all the while undermining and insulting him, while he is the only one there to comfort her and only friend who knows this side of her.
Her new friend Jugyeong falls in love with him, and it's reciprocated, and Soojin fears he'll leave her.
And while she feels jealous about them, her parents keep asking if her grades are dropping because she has a boyfriend, but the thing is she doesn't. If only she did.

I feel suffocated for Soojin and wonder how someone with so much additive pain can still stand so tall.
