@AC asks: "I'm from Newcastle Australian and I have been trying to replant native Red Cedar (Toona ciliata ) in an area of forest which was logged and has regrown with a monoculture of gum trees. The cedar trees should grow well in this patch of forest but they seem to be dying around a meter to two meters tall without fail. I have also found evidence that they did grow in my little gully from photos and mining records."
