How to setup ESP-IDF on Windows 10 for ESP32 programming

This is how you can easily install ESP-IDF (and required toolchain) on Windows 10, for programming ESP32 in C programming language.

T I P:
If you have installed older version of python, the best option is to uninstall them and install the latest one (from official site), before you run ESP-IDF Tools Installer. If you choose to do it in this way, then in python installation wizard, make sure that you have checked option for "Add python to PATH".
