Home Made Mead | 1 gal

Making mead is a very simple process requiring honey, water and yeast. In mead recipe is most likely the easiest recipe I have done so far. It only contains 2.5 lbs honey, water up to 1 gal, and half a packet of wine yeast. That’s it! Add the ingredients together, allow the yeast time to turn sugar into alcohol, and enjoy!
