I believe is much stronger than the classic Rob Lucci, as he can be played in different ways, he has great removal options as well as negating you opponents leader and character effects. By the time you reach 10 don! and start you chain up 10 cost Blackbeard is pretty much game as he is a 12000 base power blocker!
