For years, I believed that gaining weight was impossible for my body type. I tried random tips, force-feeding, skipping meals, eating junk food, and even unhealthy supplements — none of which worked in a sustainable or healthy way. Instead, they made me feel tired, bloated, and mentally exhausted. That’s when I decided to stop listening to myths and start understanding my body, my health, and my food habits.
This transformation from 42kg to 52kg is not just about numbers on a weighing scale. It’s about learning how to eat properly, exercise smartly, take care of digestion, build muscle slowly, and most importantly — stop hating my body.

• Milk, curd, homemade smoothies
• Nuts, seeds, peanut butter
• Fruits like banana, mango, dates
I avoided extreme dieting, crash plans, and “magic weight gain foods”. Consistency mattered more than perfection.

Many people think exercise causes weight loss — but the right exercises actually help in healthy weight gain, especially for women.
