We have a Samsung model LN-T5265FX lcd television that won't turn on, all the TV does is repeatedly clicks but never completely powers on.
This television uses a switch mode power supply BN44-00150A which is known for bulged 1000 micro farad capacitors on the secondary side of the Power Supply causing the television to just click ON and Off or power cycle.
Even though we find that the standby voltage is fluctuating; the 1000 uF capacitors was not the problem in this particular TV.
So we will troubleshoot and fix the constant clicking problem associated with this TV's power supply.
