More than 200 out of 10,000 infrastructure projects inspected by the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) have been identified as ghost projects, or projects that were never constructed.
Meanwhile, the LTO (Land Transportation Office) reported before the Independent Commission for Infrastructure a project by Zaldy Co’s Sunwest Corporation that the agency cannot utilize. Joseph Morong reports.
