Hello everyone, today I went out to the garden and picked some winged beans, banana blossoms, a few stalks of lemongrass, and some chilies to cook a dish my family often enjoyed together when I was younger: pork braised with fermented shrimp paste, served with fresh vegetables. The taste is truly wonderful.

I also built a small awning over the window to keep the rain from blowing in, and set up a trellis to plant a giant passion fruit vine. This variety is now quite rare, but its flavor is amazing.
