Ever heard of a KOREAN CORN DOG UNCRUSTABLE 🫴🏼recipe below ⬇️

Eveything you love about a Korean Corn Dog.. but in an uncrustable form. No need to make your own batter here, just grab some white bread and a couple ingredients and you’re on your way to nibbling on a very yummy snack!! 😃

INGREDIENTS:
UNCRUSTABLE:
2 hot dogs, cut each link in to 3
3 low-moisture mozzarella string cheese, cut each string in to 3
12 slices white bread

COATING:
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup potato, diced
3 eggs, scrambled

TOPPINGS:
granulated sugar
ketchup & mustard

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Trim hot dog and mozzarella string cheese into pieces that fit your Uncrustable sealer and dice your potatoes.
2. Place a slice of white bread on the Uncrustable sealer, layer mozzarella, hot dog, mozzarella, top with another slice of bread, seal, and remove edges.
3. Set up breading station: one bowl with whisked eggs, one with diced potatoes, one with panko breadcrumbs.
4. Quickly dip the Uncrustable in egg wash, press into diced potatoes, then coat evenly in panko. Repeat until all the Uncrustable are coated.
5. Fry at 330–340°F for about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden, crispy, and potatoes are cooked through.
6. Finish with sugar, ketchup, mustard, or your fave toppings! Eat and enjoy!
