Ingredients:

Flour – 1 cup
Coco powder - 2 1/2 tbsps
Baking powder – 1 ½ tsps
Sugar – 3/4th cup
Milk – ½ cup
Unsalted butter (melted) – 2tbsps
Water – 1/3 rd cup
Dark Chocolate chips – ½ cup
Coffee Syrup - 1 tsp

Method:

For the batter
Sift together flour, coco powder, baking powder in a bowl.
Add sugar and give it a light whisk
In another bowl mix milk, coffee syrup and unsalted melted butter. Add this to the dry ingredients and gently fold them together.
Spoon the batter in a lightly buttered 5 inch to 7 inch baking tin.

For the sauce
Boil water and pour it over chocolate chunks and mix till the sauce is smooth
Pour the sauce over the cake batter and bake at 200 degree celcius for 30-35 minutes
Dust with some icing sugar and a scoop of icecream and have it warm.
