We recently received a preview of the Guardian, Necromancer, and Ranger Spear abilities for ‪@guildwars2‬'s next upcoming expansion: Janthir Wilds.
So why not do a deep dive and try to figure everything out we can based on the footage and blogpost ArenaNet provided us with.

In the Blogpost they detail a new mechanic: Illuminated, or empowered, attacks, that will be unique to the Guardian's version of the (land) spear. We also get more details about Helio Rush (Spear 2) and Symbol of Luminance (Spear 5). But if you read the blogpost, put some bits and pieces together and further take a closer look at the footage, you can learn a lot more!
