To preserve the milk, we transferred it from its original container into a clean, airtight container suitable for freezing. We made sure to leave some space at the top of the container to allow for the milk to expand as it freezes.

We then placed the container of milk into the deep fridge, ensuring that it was stored at a temperature of -18°C or lower. This temperature is ideal for preserving milk and preventing the growth of harmful bacteria.

To thaw the milk safely, we suggest taking the container of milk out of the deep fridge and transferring it to the fridge a day before you plan to use it. This allows the milk to thaw slowly and safely, maintaining its freshness and quality.

Preserving milk using the deep fridge method is a great way to reduce waste and save money, especially if you buy milk in bulk.
