Output Shaft Speed Sensor Replacement P0721 / P0722 / P0723

Описание к видео Output Shaft Speed Sensor Replacement P0721 / P0722 / P0723

Today we're replacing an output shaft speed sensor, also known as a countershaft speed sensor. This sensor works in conjunction with the input shaft speed sensor - or mainshaft speed sensor. These sensors calculate which gear the transmission should engage for optimal driving. The system works with the Power Control Module, or PCM. Typical symptoms for a bad sensor include harsh and improper shifting, check engine light on dash and the cruise control may be inoperative.

P0721 - Output Shaft speed sensor or countershaft speed sensor circuit range / performance error.
P0722 - Output shaft speed sensor or countershaft speed sensor no signal input error.
P0723 - Output shaft speed sensor or countershaft speed sensor intermittent failure error.
