Kobachi HV Series Manual Trolleys are designed with Japan Quality standard, resulting in high quality, lightweight & reliable safety trolleys.

APPLICATION:
Generally installed on straight/curved rails or beams, enables easy lateral traverse of large loads with either manual or powered chain hoists. Suitable to be used in factories, mines, docks, warehouses, construction sites, etc., especially for equipment maintenance work in places without power supply.

High strength alloy steel structure are rigid but lightweight & compact
Zinc plated design features increased prootection against corrosion
High quality sealed ball bearings ensures smooth performance and zero maintenance on the wheels
Heat treated and machined steel wheels allows for excellent track wheel durability
Easy adjustment of wheel spacing and wide range of Flange/Rail width compatibility
High transmission rate roller bearings are equipped in the roller shaft and can be driven on a small return radius
Compatible with I-beam and H-beam rails
Japan inspected & overload tested with test certificate supplied on each unit
