UPDATE: After several more months of using the Lamy Aion, I can say that I really like this fountain pen. Its (proprietary) cartridge/converter filling system is convenient, and if you are looking for a Lamy fountain pen with more girth than the similar, metal Lamy Studio, then the Lamy Aion is a good choice.
