Dal Moth Chaat
Prep Time – 20 min + 2 nights
Cooking Time – 20 min
Serves – 3
Ingredients
Moth Dal Sprouts (अंकुरित मोठ दाल) - 2 cups
Water (पानी)  - 3 cups
Turmeric (हल्दी) - ½ tsp
Salt (नमक) - ½ tsp
Black Salt ( काला नमक) - 1 ½ tsp
Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 1½ tsp
Sugar (चीनी) - 5 ts
Roasted Cumin (भुना जीरा), Crushed -  ½ tsp
Potatoes (आलू), Boiled - 1 med size
Coriander (धनिया), Chopped - 2 tbsp
Pomegranate (अनार) - 2 tbsp
Lemon (नींबू) -  1 pc
Onion (प्याज़), Chopped - ¼ cup
Tomato (टमाटर), Chopped -  ¼ cup
Green chillies (हरी मिर्च), Chopped  - 1 pc                   
Matthi (मट्ठी)  -  a handful
Coriander (धनिया) chopped
 
Cucumber Boat
Cucumber (खीरा) - 2 pc
Salt (नमक) – to taste
Black Salt (नमक)
Lemon (नींबू)
 
Amchur Chutney
Dry mango powder (अमचूर) – ½ cup
Salt (नमक) – to taste
Black Salt (काला नमक) – ½ tsp
Sugar (चीनी)- ½ cup
Chilli powder (लाल मिर्च) – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) – 1 tsp
Water (पानी) – 1 ½ cup
