This session is presented by Cat Sidwell, Chair of Portsmouth Parent Carer Forum and Claire Mason from Portsmouth’s Neurodiversity team. Portsmouth launched a new neurodiversity pathway in September 2002. The pathway encompasses identifying needs at earlier stage using the neurodiversity profiling tool and then building a plan to ensure the support is put in place at the right time.
