特精高筋粉500克（中筋粉也可以）0:25，
白砂糖10克（辅助发酵）0:32，
酵母粉5克0:36，
水300克（天气冷用温水）0:40，
食用油少许2:27，
盐适量2:30，
芝麻粉适量（熟芝麻磨成的粉）2:35，
• 面团醒发过一次，所以制作好后直接来蒸，凉水起锅中火来蒸，水开记时20分钟左右蒸好。

• 食谱都是摄氏度°C，华氏度℉ =摄氏度°C × 1.8 + 32°F。
