After the businessman son of Jammu Kathua Range DIG Jammu Kathua range, Shakeel Ahmed Beig, has created a row by sharing some photographs on a social networking site, in which he purportedly brags about the perks and privileges given by the government to his father, in another misuse of power, National Conference leader & CM Omar Abdullah's close aide Nasir Aslam Wani's son is seen brandishing a gun. And, two days after Aslam Wani's son is seen brandishing an AK 47 rifle, Wani with a bizzare logic defends his son's power trip, says the gun wasn't even loaded. Wani further says that his son is passionate about guns and wants to be a cop. He also says no law was flouted and has blamed the media for highlighting the issue. Does this appaling excuse even make sense? NC leaders reacting over the issue earlier said the pictures have been blown out of proportion, and that Wani's son was only posing with a gun and was not threatening anyone.
