On 17 April 2023, the Singapore International Commercial Court and the Singapore Academy of Law jointly presented the Collaborative Contracting in the Delivery of Construction Projects: The International Experience Seminar.

Moderated by Justice Philip Jeyaretnam, the stellar panelist consisted of International Judge Sir Vivian Ramsey, Thomas Wilson, Bruce Reynolds, Mohan Pillay and Naoki Iguchi brought participants through the many aspects of Collaborative Contracting and how Collaborative Contracting enables the completion of projects on time, within budget and avoiding disputes. The panelists also discussed how lawyers can contribute to the success of Collaborative Contracting and other new forms of contracts such as Alliance Contracting and Integrated Project Delivery.
