Avoid buying the Xiaomi Mitu Stroller

I bought this Xiaomi Mitu Stroller. After playing with the foot brake a few times, I found the brake pin on the right rear wheel catching onto the wheel. I tried to get support from Xiaomi but no reply. I then tried to fix it myself. Unfortunately, a U-shaped pin came off the foot brake housing and I can’t figure out how to install it back. Asked Xiaomi customer support via email and provided all the photos and details, with no luck. Tried their Facebook page and no reply. Finally someone from Xiaomi replies saying it’s ‘not their product’???.

Seems like Xiaomi just wants to sell their products and provide zero assistance. It’s been weeks without any reply. I used to like Xiaomi but after this incident, I have changed my perception on this company.
