We’re gonna take you through a full class where students learn how to submit their opponents with an arm lock starting from the back… all without drilling a single move!

Denney was a homie and let me run a constraints-led approach jiu jitsu class at Baem Jiu Jitsu (  / baemjiujitsu  ) on July 22nd since I've been deep in the ecological approach rabbit hole lately, traveling around and training with different coaches following this approach.
