Convicted 'coyote' plays hide and seek with law enforcement

Abert Lee Cornelius is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force for having an active arrest warrant for allegedly violating the conditions of his supervised release.

In 2021, Cornelius was arrested for Conspiracy to Transport migrants who entered into the United States illegibly and served 51 months of imprisonment to be followed by a three-year term of supervised release.

It is alleged that Cornelius violated the conditions of his supervised release after the U.S. Probation office attempted to conduct multiple home visits and could not locate him. He was to live in an approved residence by the federal probation office and has failed to provide an updated address, and his whereabouts are currently unknown.

40-year-old Abert Lee Cornelius stands 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs approximately 210 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes with various tattoos on his back, chest, face, and arms. His last known place of residence was in the East Side of San Antonio.
