SEW A MEMORY BLANKET | Beginner Friendly Toddler Quilt Tutorial

Today we're sewing a memory blanket which is the perfect gift for a snuggly toddler. Making a memory blanket is a great way to preserve the memories of some of the sweet baby clothes your kids used to wear in a practical, useful blanket. This blanket features self binding edges and is a project suitable for beginner sewers.
Let's get making!

MEASURING:
Backing: 115cm x 115cm square (45" x 45" square)
49 Patches: 17cm x 17cm squares (6 3/4" x 6 3/4" squares)
Inside layer (wadding or polar fleece): 105cm square approx. (41" square approx.)
Use a 1cm seam allowance for all seams
