On January 3, 2025, Hoboken Police Officer Losurdo noticed an illegally parked vehicle. He exited his patrol car and noticed that the driver was asleep behind the wheel. He made contact with the driver, a 31-year-old woman, who refused to provide any identification. Additional officers were called when the woman's boyfriend arrived on scene. Eventually, the woman exited the car and was requested to perform field sobriety tests (FSTs). The FSTs were stopped prematurely, after the woman refused to cooperate. She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Hoboken Police Headquarters. Meanwhile, her boyfriend, who had also consumed alcohol, could not understand why his vehicle was being towed from the illegal parking spot. The woman refused to provide a breath sample at the police station. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. She failed to appear to her initial court appearance and there is an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Online court records show this is her 6th DUI arrest since 2018.
