John Williams, the Sporting Director at Amiens SC (‪@AmiensSC1901‬) in the French Ligue 2, explains how he managed to make one of the biggest transfers for a 16-year-old in football history, selling George Ilenikhena to Royal Antwerp (‪@RAFCofficial‬) for €6.5m plus bonuses in the Summer of 2023.
