Mango Custard Recipe is a tasty Dessert made using milk and mangoes.Its rich mango flavour and the softness of yummy milk makes it a tasty dessert that can be made whenever your taste buds crave for it.Let me explain it to you in a simple way.

INGREDIENTS
Mangoes - 4
Milk - 1 1/2 litre
Condensed milk - 100 gram
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla flavoured custard powder - 3 tablespoon
Cashewnuts - 4
Pistachios - 4
Almonds - 4
Saffron strands - 8 to 10

METHOD
1.Take a bowl in it add half cup cold milk to it add custard powder and keep it aside.

2.Boil 1 1/2 litre of milk for 15 minutes then add custard milk and sugar and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

3.Cut into small pieces three mangoes

4.Extract mango pulp of one mango

5.Now to the boiled milk after it gets cooled add the mango pulp and condensed milk,mix it well.

6.In a serving bowl add the mango pieces then add the custard and on it add chopped dry fruits and saffron.

7.Serve chilled.
