1 lb chicken breast
(season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, dried parsley, ground cayenne, salt and black pepper)
1/2 large onion
3 bell peppers (i used 1 red, 1 orange, 1 yellow)
2 jalapeños
1 cup chicken stock (i used low sodium)
1 tsp chicken bouillon
salt to taste
