It’s that time of year, which means today we discuss the best whiskeys that I have enjoyed this year. Criteria for consideration are as follows:

1. Did I open the bottle and drink it for the first time, THIS YEAR?
2. Flavor.

And that’s it. Things like value, branding, secondary market value…none of that matters in this list. Did I crack it open and enjoy it, and what did I enjoy the most? That’s all.
