Peter Rowan's Free Mexican Airforce with Los Texmaniacs & Joe Craven - Live Oak, Fl 10-16-2021

Well now. If you know me, you know Peter is my Music Man!
I just can't get enuf of any iteration, collaboration or combination of styles and artists involved....If he's there playing and singing or yodeling, I wanna be there too!!
Well, this particular grouping of songs, musicians, styles, instruments, tempos and interactions ( especially between Joe Craven on the fiddle and the Accordionist ) just nailed in a way I hadn't seen with him in quite a while.
The last time I saw Peter he was hobbled and had to sit through the entire set, needing assistance at times up and down the stairs.
To see him with so much pep in his step ( I mean, he actually got up and started dancing on stage at one point ! ) gave me such a sense of in the moment fun and renewal that it became ( not surprisingly ) a true highlight of the entire festival for me. I hope you get DaSame kynda KICK outta this set as I did...Enjoy!!!
