It was such a wonderful day today that I decided to properly test out the OSIRIS lut pack recently revealed from Visioncolor. One of my favorite looks is called vision 6 so this entire video has used that lut to show what it looks like outdoors, in bright weather. My first impressions of this look was it delivered a crazy colour shift in greens & yellows and seemed to push saturation a lot in blues too. The look still keeps all the dynamic range of course and has a pleasant overall texture. I am no expert at all when it comes to colour grading but I have tried lots of different way for many years now. I think lut reminds me of the film ''The Aviator'' because in particular the grass has shifted in colour. In conclusion my usual colour process was sped up a little with the simplicity of using luts in premiere pro cc and I am happy with the unique results visioncolor have to offer.
