AUTOMATED ROSETTE STEEL FRAME CONSTRUCTION WALL PANEL LINE cold formed light gauge

Rosette has automated technology for steel framing. One single roll former is producing all track and stud (rim-joist and joists for floors) sections. Roll former is capable of forming anything between 64 mm (2.5") and 350 mm (14") and up to 2.00 mm (80 mil) material thickness.

Rosette line is incorporating many special punched details that assist in Mid-Rise whole-building framing and site installation. One operator takes care of roll forming and two are at the assembly station. These three operators produce some 500 to 550 m of panels per shift. Add second shift and double the production. Max. the output by running the line in two 10 hour shifts.

Rosette offers hat-channel truss capability with this line. Floor joists can be punched with up to 200 mm (8") flanged holes for pipe and duct installations. e-mail [email protected]
