Some people get rashes that appear all over the body. First it is important to diagnose what is the type of rash. One type of rash is called as urticaria or hives. These rashes can be managed by using antihistamines or certain drugs called as monteleukast or in severe cases we may have to give oral steroids. The first priority is to find out what us the reason for the rashes, what is the exact cause for the rashes. Some people get rashes continuously for more than few months or years at a time. They are called as patients who have chronic urticaria. Chronic urticaria requires investigations and some blood tests need to be done. Certain injections needs to be given to cure or treat chronic urticaria.
