When I feel overwhelmed which is quite often I try to break down my tasks into small things. The Starfish Story, originally by Loren Eiseley, also known as "The Star Thrower", is my very favourite story. It reminds me of why small things really do make a difference.
This is quite a slow video to relax to, and I don´t mind if you drift off to sleep, either - join me for a sunset walk on Utersum beach on the North Friesian island of Föhr, in Germany, very close to Denmark. I couldn´t find any starfish to throw into the sea, and it wasn´t the morning, either - but storytelling is all about allowing yourself to enter a magical world, a fantasy land... Utersum beach is the perfect enchanting setting to do that...

My meditative videos show a calming and artistic view of the places I visit and the quiet, peaceful wanders I take through them. Medieval villages, picturesque cottages, beautiful cities. Relax and escape with me from the busy bustling world to my dreamy and serene slow living way of seeing my surroundings. Experience the magic of peering into the past and being in a fairytale, just for a little while.
