3D Model ShrinkWrap Tool

A ShrinkWrap tool to capture the exterior shell of more complex 3D geometry so that it could be used in other applications where complex geometry is not desired - for example CFD applications. I've tried several tools such as those from 3DS Max, Blender, and MeshLab but they all seem to fail in some way or the other to produce a reasonable quality shrinkwrap. So, I decided to try it myself, using 2 approaches:

1. Virtual Point Cloud generator and surface reconstructor
2. Mesh Wrapper using CGAL libraries

Both cases produce fairly reasonable results, but I see areas for improvement such as feature detection and preservation, and remeshing of coarser mesh elements (in the case of STL and OBJ files).
