• Itensity will be fully operational during the 21-day lockdown
• We are committed to the safety of our employees where they must work from home the moment they present with even the slightest of flue-like symptoms and we have already have our Cape Town team working from home to keep them healthy during this crises
• We have deployed specific measures to ensure hygiene in and around our offices and homes.
• We did an audit to determine any high-risk employee with ties to anyone that travelled to any of the high-risk countries. Itensity is paying for COVID-19 tests to ensure that they are not infected.
• We will continue to provide exceptional service to our customers with a fully deployed business continuity plan in the event that any of our staff become infected,
• We have various procedures in place for staff to be fully capable of performing their job working from home.
• We are involved in additional efforts to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19 with our customers.
We do not anticipate any interruption in Itensity’s services.
A significant number of our employees already work remotely, and we are fortunate in that our business allows us to transition to a fully remote workforce easily.
We are therefore confident in our ability to continue business as usual, providing you with the service you expect.
This means, among other things:
• All account queries and requests will be handled as usual within regular working hours.
• Our Service Assurance Team will be ready to serve you, being accessible via phone calls or our service portal (Tickets) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursdays and Fridays till 3:00pm
• Our data servers, all of which are already remotely administered, will continue to operate without interruption - ensuring the highest level of uptime.
