In the past we have seen many scams, sham companies, which misused the resources of economy and made the Confidence of stakeholders of economy down.

Independent Director performs his duty as guardian of corporate governance and strive to protect the interest of Investors, Government and other stakeholders.

In our Indian Company Legislation, though the Provision is applicable to Unlisted Public Company on exceeding prescribed limits but it is more stricter for the Listed companies.
