Full fish room tour - October 2023. My basement fish room

So I don't have the biggest fish room, or the coolest fish, but I still enjoy it! Check out my basement fish room. This is an ongoing build/expansion that's taken 5 years to get to this point.

2018-2021 I started building racks, buying tanks, and setting up the air system. 2022 added the insulated walls and door. 2023 finally started buying and breeding more fish. 2024 is a planned expansion to basically make about 90% of the basement a fish room. The current fish room will be the breeding and grow out area, and the expanded room will be set up with more of a display/show/gallery type feel. So 2024 I plan on adding insulated walls along with electrical and the infrastructure for an auto water change system. 2025 will be the racks and tanks. 2026 will be the year of filling the tanks with cool fish. So by 2027 my "fish basement" should finally be complete!

So basically I'm half way complete on a 9-10 year project.
