Insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn it on
Pull the lock section, pull out the third section of the hook, and hook the clutch (throttle or brake)
Put the first section of the steering wheel lock in the steering wheel
Remove the key, and tighten up the first section and the second section. That’s completed.
