Please watch the struggles and snuggles of building a home. In the video series we will show you the long process of a custom home build. There will be inflation & supply chain obstacles to conquer.
We are not builders, but work closely with the builders.
In this video, we show you the basic concept of building in the Florida Keys. The house sits on #51 27 foot augercast piles, to hold up the home. The perimeter consist of 24x24 inch grade beams and multiple pile caps. Please reach out for any questions.
