The Division - Russian Consulate Challenge Mode Solo / Solo Russian Consulate Challenging Difficulty Mission on PS4. After solo clearing Lexington Event Center and Lincoln Tunnel Challenge Mode yesterday, decided to step it up and finish the last one I wanted to solo before more are available (assuming that more will come). That makes 3/4 currently solo'd, unfortunately I don't think WarrenGate is possible solo due to the timed section. This took a little over 5 hours total to learn and complete, the longest and hardest by far. Stats are shown at the start and end of the video.

Have only seen 1 solo clear of Russian Consulate prior to this on PC, but not on PS4 yet. Aiming of course going to be a bit worse as it's PS4 and nowhere near as precise with kb+m combo.

Difficulty-wise, the entire place was pretty rough. Although once I found a lot of the "cheese" spots for enemies, shotgunners became a joke and it made things significantly easier. Almost every area had a cut off point where enemies would not attack you but would be in your line of sight to kill them, so it made the solo much easier. Otherwise the most annoying parts to deal with was the start, the room before the library, and the library itself (the worst of the lot). The rest was relatively simple, but playing super safe to avoid not dying here was a pain and the mission is already one of the longest in the game as is.

I also noticed the constantly recovering health while doing this and was not sure of the cause. This was done before the healing glitch was even known. Yes, it looks like I edited it out at the start - that was editing out the wipes and not wanting to go through gear each time, the bug activated between those wipes.

Apparently it's because of the Mask I'm wearing that has a talent "Heals 2% while abilities effects are active". But it seems to be bugged and also working outside of that if you get hit by any status effect - I didn't intentionally abuse this at all, it was only brought to my attention after being called a liar/cheater. Not my intention to use a bugged item sorry! I do these for the challenge, not to bug/glitch through it (as you can see from other videos such as Solo Oryx in Destiny). Wasn't aware of the bug, but it still doesn't really change the clear too much either (just speeds it up a little without needing to wait).

End of the day, you can believe what you will - I'm aware of how it looks, but that's the real explanation to it, and this was completed before the glitch was even known about.
