Just to clarify a couple things... My original intent was to play AS crash... but at the time I was playing with my normal mods and I thought the crash mod was for Coach... turns out it was for Ellis... so enjoy an hour of a giant thumb reloading a shotgun... also my review will be incredibly biased because I am playing while blinded by a case of nostalgia overload...

Pros
Custom textures and music
Bot friendly
Unique ways of handling the levels and converting them to the L4Diverse
Props to the author for make the NPCs out of brushes... not something I would of had the patience to do

Cons
Nostalgia of not... there were so areas that could of had better brush works... specifically the sewer level
Very difficult at times
Sometimes it is unclear what to do (i.e. Pinstripe Fight)
Because of Nostalgia... removing the penalty of death for falling disappointed me (but also completely understandable why, so not a true con...)

Final Verdict
90/100

An incredible remake of some classic level in the crash series... as a fan of the series since the start... I LOVED this campaign... just loved it... but at the same time I can't help but feel there were some missed opportunities... but this is just my fanboy side speaking...

On to the slightly sane side of me... there were some flaws... the difficult curves were very erratic... and there were areas that could have been made better... on the flip side... some areas were very well made, and kudos to the author for the N. Brio fight... I think this has the same thing going for it that Deathcraft 2 did... it is a fan service... and as a huge Crash Bandicoot fan... I loved it... with the same amount of passion that a minecraft fan would see in Deathcraft 2...

Without the nostalgia goggles... it is an enjoyable experience and at least worth a try... with the nostalgia goggles... PLAY IT NOW!!!


On a side note... the intro sequence confuses me... but I don't care...
