Описание к видео Sofia Electric Buses | Higer KLQ6125GEV3🚌

In 2014, a bus produced by Higer arrived on tests in Sofia. It was operating on line 11. After that, the bus was tested in a lot of other towns and countries. Now it is back in depot Iskar and probably will be in Sofia for the rest of its life. I hope we will see it back on line soon!

In 2019, Sofia ordered 15 Higer buses. On 17.10.2019, the first one arrived. The buses were numbered from 5001 to 5015.

On 28.12.2019, another 7 electric buses were delivered (5002-5008). On 3.1.2020, the rest 7 buses were delivered (5009-5015)

From 17.1.2020, bus line 123 was renamed as E123 and was extended to Geo Milev bus station. It began to be operated by the new Higer buses.

In the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic (I don't know exactly), bus lines 84 and 184 began to be operated by Higer electric buses and were renamed to E84 and E184. Higers can sometimes also be seen on trolleybus line 11.
