In this video we will learn about the spring boot’s magic file called application.properties file. We will learn and explore the nuts and bolts of how spring boot detects the properties file and what are the locations it searches during the boot up .

This video will also cover about writing a custom property file and loading data from it using the @value and @propertysource annotations.

We will also learn how we can load the properties if it present outside of the jar?

We will also learn the differences between application.proeprties file vs application.yaml file and will learn the basic difference between them.
