Last week, a Quezon City Regional Trial Court acquitted former Health Secretary and current Iloilo 1st District Rep. Janette Garin, along with several others, in the Dengvaxia controversy.

The court dismissed the testimonies of three doctors, ruling them inadmissible as they were not deemed real experts.

The Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption, however, says that this dismissed case is just the first of several complaints against Cong. Garin.
