For the heart rate work and show, please make sure: Connect watch with phone via bluetooth.   "Allow watchface to access sensor data about your vital sign", ( if you didn't receive the popup message for the first apply watchface). Some time may need to switch other watch face and switch back this watch face to get that message. Please press and hold on the watch face, select Customize/Complicaition to ensure full permission for the watch face. Keep the watch on your wrist and tap heart rate area and wait a moment and for the heart rate monitor to work and display (this may take some time).
4 pre-set app shortcuts: Settings, Phone, Music and Alarm (show small icons): tap to open app
