For Brown Rice:
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water (for cooking)

1 tbsp oil or butter
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup broccoli
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup zucchini or tomato
100g paneer cubes
Salt & pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Lemon juice & sesame seeds (optional)
For Pico de Gallo:
1 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped onion
Fresh coriander
Green chili (optional)
Salt and lemon juice
For Hung Curd Dip:
1/2 cup hung curd
Salt, pepper
Garlic powder or chili flakes (optional)
👩🍳 Method (Simple Steps):
Wash and soak brown rice for 15–30 mins. Then cook with water until soft. Brown rice takes longer than white rice.
Stir-fry veggies in a little oil. Add ginger-garlic paste, all chopped veggies. Cook for 5–7 minutes.
Add paneer cubes, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix and cook everything together.
Make Pico de Gallo by mixing tomato, onion, coriander, green chili, salt, and lemon juice.
Prepare hung curd dip by mixing curd, salt, pepper, and spices.
