Thousands of servers use it. It became the fatal killing blow for counterstrike 1.6 and
a great source of frustration for cs 1.6 players today.
As a player since beta 5,there is little i havent seen.
reHLDS is Full of promises, numbers and "fixes", data keeps it alive but the experience
makes us all quit that crap.
Created by the lowskilled who still have no clue what no bullet travel time means,got no clue about how a hitbox works and instead they create secret coding to "fix" things and resolve "potential bugs"
Amazing that thousands use it without thought. Experiences have never been worse and the nostalgic feeling of cs 1.6 is totally lost. When there is such a high demand for it makes it even more sad.

We even got a hitreg compensation for missing bullets just like in COD and fortnite. Amazing they didn't add aim assist yet.

The result is a mass quit by players of the game.
"Developers" love it,alltho they have no clue. Granting us different experiences on literally every server,empowering it with community and opinion based plugins to "improve" cs

The truth was never popular. The prophecy is false,like we have seen it tons of times before in history. What it promises is just a mask of what it really does.

cs 1.6 never needed fixing. It only needed understanding. Such a shame to see a game bleed because of unexperienced people,smart and dumb at the same time, destroy it by developing
(or just pretend to be a dev and basically edit allready existing plugins)

We knew the afteryears would be a challenge,we had our great divides several times with new counterstrikes, new graphics and new gameplay methods.
but now it seems over. This summer the numbers of players decreased tremendously,
Admins ruin it for everyone. Proudly using reHLDS servers as a new baseline for a game that once had millions of players online. Annoying everyone with useless plugins.
We have seen this before in several online games,closed small communitys take over the scene and whats left is a small narcistic base of players and admins,living in their own world and in the end,they will leave everyone behind and flee with the winds. Such a shame.
